Pac-West Privacy Policy

Pac-West Telecomm, Inc. ("Pac-West") is committed to protecting the personal information you submit to us online. This Privacy Policy describes Pac-West's practices regarding the collection and use of information submitted through its website, www.pacwest.com (the "Site"). By using the Site, you agree to the collection and use of information as set forth in this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to this Privacy Policy, please do not use the Site.

The Types of Information We Collect Online
Our Site collects personal information such as names, mailing addresses, email addresses, telephone numbers, fax numbers, billing information, credit card and other payment information, and transaction information. In addition, service providers may use Pac-West's Secure Center to enter these types of information about their customers in order to obtain our services for them. How We Use and Disclose Information Collected Online
Pac-West uses the information we collect online for the purposes for which it is provided and to enhance the products and services we offer to you. For example, we use your personal information to complete transactions that you enter into using our Site. We also may use your personal information to communicate with you about specific transactions, to make sure that you are satisfied with our products and services, or to find out how we can serve you better.

Pac-West takes measures designed to prevent unauthorized intrusion of the Site and the alteration, acquisition or misuse of personal information. Unfortunately, however, no security system or system of transmitting data over the Internet can be guaranteed to be 100% secure. Thus, while Pac-West seeks to protect personal information, Pac-West cannot be responsible for loss, corruption, or unauthorized acquisition of personal information furnished to our Site or for any resulting damages.
Third Party Websites
Our Site includes links to other Internet websites, including sites that we do not own or operate. For example, online requests for investor information are directed to a third-party service provider. Unless otherwise expressly stated, Pac-West is not responsible for the privacy practices or the content of such websites, including such sites' use of any information collected when Site visitors click through links to those sites. Offline v. Online Practices
This policy applies solely to Pac-West's collection, use and disclosure of personal information obtained online through our Site, and does not apply to any of our practices conducted offline.
How to Update Your Personal Information
If you are a registered user of our www.pacwest.com, you may update your contact information and any name changes by logging into your account and editing your contact information.
